Berry-Boost Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 small handful fresh spinach (~1 cup loosely packed)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20 g protein)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
