Berry-Boost Protein Smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen)
1 small handful fresh spinach (~1 cup loosely packed)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20 g protein)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
